frustration of no answers 3-4 days later

why is it that it takes 10 minutes just to get online? I have been trying to add the 500 min.booster talk but have had no luck. you have my credit card # so I assumed it would automatically charge M/C. look at my booster showing that I have added but it also states that I have used them. Please let me know what is going on and start my minutes now

What do you mean it takes 10 minutes to get online? Is your browser not connecting to the site?

I'm experiencing slow loading on the Koodo site too. It seems like there's some trouble on Koodo's end!

The Koodo prepaid self service is slow as MOLASSES today, how I wish they'd update that 386 Pentium to something a bit spiffier :)

Apart from that I too am unclear what you mean, what does your balance say?
