Is this a new development?

How long has your service been poor?

EDIT: I assume you mean Nerepis, NB.

Nerepis is fully covered with 4HSPA service based on their map here. http://help.koodomobile.com/coverage-...

If you changed you phone recently that could be a contributing factor. Every phone has different reception to varying degree. You may also want to do a PRL update to refresh the phone's software I believe you have to dial *22803 to do that.

Hi Emil, the PRL update (*22803) only works on CDMA phones. It's important to specify that information :) Thanks!

Well, I'm offering my help. So how long has this been going on? How many people are being affected?

Hey Angie!

I know how frustrating network issues can be.

In order for us to provide the best technical assistance, you’ll need to give us a call by dialing 1-866-995-6636 (option #6) from a landline in order to have your phones available for a complete troubleshooting.

Make sure to ask the tech to create a special ticket concerning your issue so that our senior department can take a further look into it.

Thank you.

It's very difficult to troubleshoot an issue if you're not currently experiencing the problem. The best tech support is done when we can test the troubleshooting after every step and if you're outside the area that you have poor coverage there's no way to test if the troubleshooting works. If possible, give us a call at tech support from Nerepis. If that's not possible we can still create the ticket Vincent mentioned it just won't be as accurate.
