Our last two months we received an email advising our bill is $39.20 but our statement says it is $44.80 so we pay 44.80 a difference of $5.60. I phoned koodo and asked what happed to the $5.60 but they say we don't have it. Our tab is paid up so who has our money.

Hey William - looking at your payment history, I see that your last payment on Feb. 14 was for $39.20, and the payment before that was for $44.80 on Jan. 19. Both of these match the amounts due on those respective bills, which you can review by logging into self-serve, to see a full history of all your bills. Does that help clear things up?

Our cr. Card payment confirms we PD. Koodo $44.80 on Feb.2017 . Therefore we paid the $39.20 plus $5.60. All we want to know where the $5.60 was applied..
