Frustrated! Email verification isn't working

So I'm incredibly frustrated at Koodo. I purchased a plan today, tried to register and the system was down... now that it's up when I click on the link in the email Koodo sends to verify registration, an error page pops up to contact customer service. I've been on hold for 50 minutes trying to reach customer service. Please help!

I would try again with the email link, and see if it works this time. Their system was unexpectedly down past hours.

I could be just a bad time to buy and activate your phone today, give them time to clear up the mess. I don't think they could help you faster with the backlog of customers.

There was a system outage impacting Self Serve and online activation's earlier with an expected fix of a couple hours. Let us know if it's not working this time tomorrow.

Your best bet is to contact Koodo via private message on Facebook or Twitter and have them re-register you
