I'm currently awaiting a refund on a phone that I attempted to purchase, so for the time I would like to freeze my account so I don't continue to owe money towards my bill. Is it possible to freeze my account?

You can cancel your account, or request a plan change to the $15 / month vacation disconnect to reduce your bill costs, but there is no option to freeze your bill with no ongoing costs to maintain your number an account.

I had originally bought a phone online and was waiting for it to come, however I changed my mind about it and emailed Koodo and they told me no problem, whenever we receive the phone back in our warehouse we will issue the refund. And I was planning once I get my refund from the phone, that I would most likely also cancel my account.

Hey Kyle! I saw that your account was activated prior to the upgrade and you were using another phone before.  You're right, the phone needs to be received and the Tab needs to be reversed before you cancel or else you will need to pay the Tab. Do you still have your old phone to use meanwhile?

Yes, I still have a phone to use until then. Is there any update on this? It's been at least 2 weeks...

Can you take a look at Canada post's website with your tracking number to see if we've gotten it yet? I found your account and don't see that your Tab was reversed yet.
