Free 2gb add on not working

Hey I saw the deal about the free 2 gb of data for 24 months. Changed my plan as requested to accept the add on however now that I've changed my plan to one of the ones required the website isn't processing the add on request. As well I can't get through on your customer service line.

Don't really want to miss out on the deal due to restricted access to your services where it's limited time.

The 2GB bonus is only available to new or renewing customers. Do you fall under either of those categories?

Renewing meaning purchasing a new phone on the tab. When purchasing the phone you would be prompted during the checkout to add the 2GB add-on.

Ok so pop into the store and grab a new phone? When the offer came up it said available to people carrying phones overs with a sim activation. Is it not possible to carry over an existing Koodo phone to a new plan?

Yes, new or renewing customers. 
New customers can bring their phone.
If you are already with Koodo you need to buy a new phone on the tab.

I don't disagree. Existing customers could also do for some more promos but oh well.
