WHO ELSE IS PUTTING UP WITH THE FRAUD I AM? I AM ON A $35 monthly plan ($40) with extra charges. I HAVE DEMANDED MONTHLY BILLS, PROOF OF USAGE, AND RECEIVED SQUAT, TYPICAL TELUS BEHAVIOR. $180 HAS BEEN PAID ON THE ACCOUNT BUT A "BILL" I RECEIVED TODAY SHOWS NO PAYMENTS, AND NOW, PHONE IS SHUT OFF!! ANOTHER COMPLAINT HAS BEEN FILED WITH GOVERNING AGENCY. Theft and Fraud Charges are imminent.

So you've never gone onto the self serve and checked out your bill on their? If I remember correctly you can access 18 months worth of billing on there.

Usage and pdf eBills are all on your self serve.

Usage for the last 3 months are kept on record and pdf eBills for the last 18 months are saved.

Have you not checked your self serve on a computer?

When did you pay your bill? There is a delay between when you paid and when your bill gets updated. It even states so on my ebill email notification.



If they shut off your phone then payment must not have been received prior to the due date
