I would like to recognize Franz in your customer service dept. He was a pleasure to speak with and certainly understood the frustration of my problem (calls dropping / network outage). As one of your original hires, Franz is more than worth keeping.

During the course of our phone discussion I mentioned to Franz that he really knew his stuff. He indicated that he had been with the company since inception.
