I am trying to forward a voicemail from my phone to another phone but when I enter the phone number I get a "this number is not valid" message. Any idea how to fix that?

I'm taking it you've tried entering all 10 numbers again and you are still receiving the not valid message? Other than ensuring the numbers are entered correctly and its a valid number I don't know why it would say not valid.

Hi Sandi,
Is the forwarding number on Koodo also? Telus system only allows voicemail forwarding to numbers within their network. I think Koodo has the same rule.

I tried to forward to another carrier with my Koodo number and it didn't work.

It's not but what's the point of the service if you can only forward to people on the same network as you?

If you need a way to give the voicemail to someone else you can record it and send the file to them.

How would you suggest recording it?

And I would be able to record a voicemail through this? call the destination # and insert file?

You would need to read the app description and try it out.  Just listen to your voicemail and then record when you want to.  There are other call recording apps too.  That was just one example
