I payed the last 3 months of my plan on my previous koodo set up (koodo was set up as a payee) on my banking account. I forgot that now I do it on "self-serve". However, the amount for the 3 bills, cumulative each time, have been withdrawn from my banking account. How I get my money back ?

hi arnaud,
So you paid twice? for billing and payment issues, you would have to contact Koodo directly (send message to their facebook or call)

Another way is to let the money there, and you don't have to pay incoming  months.

To add to Dinh's comment, you can request a cheque for the overpayment, but by the time it arrives to you some months will have passed, and you would have been as well to just let the excess payments you have already made be drawn down.

If you are still a customer, you wont be able to request a cheque (assuming it is a reasonable amount).  You will just have a credit on your next bill

@Arnaud: you could dia 611 from your Koodo handset or 1 (866) 995-6636.
Another way is to send message to Koodo facebook https://www.facebook.com/Koodo/
