Forgot Self Serve Password.... Temporary Password Won't Work

I attempted to log onto my monthly self serve and couldn't remember my password. I used the forgot password option online via my PC. When doing so, the temporary passwords wont work. When I enter them I still get the message saying its not a valid username/password combination. I've tried both typing it in exactly as shown as well as copying and pasting the password sent to me in the reset email. Any suggestions?

Are you sure there's not a mistake on either the email or password? For example and extra space bar?

Absolutely positive. I doubled checked for all of that. Even copied the new password into the field, typed it out myself and then deleted what I copied.

If you keep having issues you will have to give koodo a call. They can reset it all for you!

I tried that as well, but the automated system only wants to reset my password for my cell phone, not for the internet website self serve.  How can I talk with a person?
