For got my email adress. I'm prepaid customer. How can I do?

Click on the forgot? (it's blue) In the top right corner of the log in box when trying to log into self serve then follow the instructions prompts.

No I'm prepaid customer so when I login, I select "prepaid customer"

Sorry thought the Prepaid was the exact same just doesn't show on mine because I have access to a monthly account, my bad.

If you try all the email addresses you have and none work, you can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it reset so you can register again.

It might be tricky due to fraud or someone trying to highjack an account/number

You may (uh...oh) actually have to call from your own handset with your full account particulars at hand. Some folks on this board have complained that Facebook/Twitter are not organized to help prepaid customers. And the one thing you can't do in prepaid self-serve is change your email address. It's the key to your account.

I am still waiting over a week for a simple technical response regarding email not being delivered by Koodo to a Telus customer!
