On March 12 2018 I was mugged for my phone I immediately went to the store to cancel the phone and deal with the issue of getting another asap. I found Easthills had NO STOCK and the sales rep. kept walking away from me to answer other client's questions. Once I settled for a phone I DIDN'T LIKE the Rep told me straight out that I couldn't have the phone on a medium tab that it qualified for unless I took a new data package WHICH WAS THE ORIGINAL I HAD JUST WORTH 20.00 MORE A MONTH AND IT DID NOT COME WITH ANYTHING NEW OR MORE DATA OR ANYTHING. I would like to know if this is legal I feel like I was held hostage if I wanted a new phone I had basically agree to keep my package but pay more for it. How is this right on any level? Koodo you are acting like a greedy corporate pig with this move and I am honestly Not pleased with the service or being held at gun point to pay more for Less.
