For users with multiple phones, allow them to use the same plan on both phones even if plans have changed

I have 2 phones on my account but the plans differ as the one phone is using a plan that is no longer offered at the time of activation of the second phone.  Very frustrating to be told that a plan is not offered even though it currently on another phone on same account.
