I don't think any Canadian wireless service providers offer rollover data on post-paid accounts.

The closest option to that is Public Mobile, offering a data bucket for a 90 day period instead of a 30 day period.

And even Public Mobile is prepaid.

There are no age restrictions on prepaid plans. There is no ID verification, meaning it can go under any name under the sun.

Most subscribers prefer post-paid plans, offering higher value for the price-point. Also, there are no province-specific deals on pre-paid to my knowledge.
