I believe providing clients with a flexible data and/or flexible minutes plan would be very useful to existing users and will attract more new customers. When a new cell phone user signs up for a phone or adds data they do not necessarily understand how much they will use once they start.. Offering a plan that a customer can ensure their costs aren't too high or will hit a maximum (for parent particularly), it will give people more confidence in trying new products. A small fee or a slightly higher fees will allow users to test the water and also existing clients more flexibilty when they are travelling and may need data unexpectedly. The client should be able to switch in an out of the plan to test it when they get a new phone other changes happen.
