Am new with koodo and I have $50 plan and I got my first bill for $65.91 plus 10% off besides I haven't use all the call minutes and the data megabits. Please may someone explain the reason of getting this amount of bill.

Also I need to know if that would be my monthly bill cause I can't pay this much monthly!!

You first bill is higher due to proration and is completely normal. As long as you dont have any overages then your next bill should be $50 - 10% BYOD plus taxes

Here is a video that explains your first bill:

Welcome to Koodo Poleen!

When you get your first bill there is something called proration that happens. Basically you're being charged for the few days you used your phone before your bill date and then for the next 30 days as well.

Koodo always bills in advance (as do all postpaid carriers). So this first bill will be a bit higher than you were expecting.

Koodo created a whole video to explain it.
