my bill is 228 which has 98$ airtime summmary. which is stupid and also there are reconncetion charges for what? i called customer care they are telling me to switch to 60$ plan but why should i do that because there is no use of it for me this not a good excuse
They probably recommended the 60$ plan as it will save you money in the long run if your going over your smaller plan every month. If you have been billed for airtime overages, it means you went over the amount set up in your plan. I second that advice. If you go up to a higher plan, yes you pay more for the baseplan, but you save because your not going over your minutes and data. Its the best route to take.
Hey Nilesh! I second Chadwick's comment for the reason behind the plan suggestion :). If you're charged a reconnection fee, it means that your account was suspended for non-payment and then reactivated. There is a $35 fee every time your account gets resumed from non-payment.
