First Months Bill

I opened my Koodo account on June 26th and on July 7th, I paid $53 for what I was told to be the usage of the few days left on the billing cycle as well as all of July in advance. My plan is only the $40 plan so this fine with me. Now I have received a $45 bill for what says to be July's but I was told that this was included in the first bill that I paid of $53. I'm confused as to why I'm receiving a bill for July when it was supposed to be already paid with the previous bill.

So you would be paying for any Overages from July plus the regular plan for August.
