First month ends 4 days after I bought the phone?

Just bought a new phone, the first payments is due in 4 days. So my plan starts on Jan 10 and ends on Feb 9 even though I bought the phone on Feb 4, is this normal? What should I do?

Yes this is normal it goes by the closest billing cycle to when you sign up. You're charged for a part month up until you billing cycle end/start plus one month in advance. This is perfectly normal and all Canadian carriers do this your next bill will be normal.
