I changed companies to come back with Koodo two weeks ago. I got a text last week (Tuesday) saying my first bill was ready and when I clicked the link it said I had no bill yet. Again this week, today to be precise, I got another text saying my bill was ready and there's still NOTHING. I must pay my bill by march 5th and I'm worried I'll be late if I don't get to see my bill and pay it with my self-serve account. I keep checking my self-serve account and I can't see anything and I use the link they sent with the text.
