Alright, if I don't want to use Koodo services anymore, and I used only like 25 mins and 64 mb of data, from my unlimited/1 gb plan. Do I still need to pay my 80 dollar bill, or I just pay for what I use and end with your services guys?

I'm pretty sure you will be billed the whole cost of the plan. Koodo bills a month ahead

You will likely pay a prorated bill, but still pay. Other wise people could just buy phones and return them every month. Sort of like buying a suit for an event and return them right after. :-)

First, cancelling an account with Koodo needs to be done with a rep over the phone. You can call them from your cell (*611) or by calling (866) 995-6636. They will tell you everything you need to know about your account and cancelling it.

Second, why are you leaving (if you don't mind me asking) ?

You get charged up until the day you canceled, so if you only used 15 of your 30 day cycle you get charged for half the price of your plan. Basically you take the price of your full plan and divide it by 30 days then times that by however many days of the cycle you actually used.

Hi Paul, since the cancellation will always be set for the end of the current billing cycle, there won't be a proration and the customer will be charged for the full month. Thanks!
