Final bill

Hi, I got charged twice for service and tab on my final bill and can't get a hold of anyone on the phone or social media. Can anyone here help? Thx

Hi Mark, how long have you waited for Koodo to respond to your private message to their FB page? It takes 24-48hours for them to get to ppl so if it's sooner than that then give it some time.

Messaged Monday, yesterday and today all around lunch time. Called yesterday and today and both times on the phone for around 45 min and phone disconnects

Could you take a screenshot and post where you got double charged?
On your final bill you will be charged your remaining tab balance and a prorated portion of your plan. This could be why you think you're being double charged.

They are for two different numbers though.
One ending in 7425 and the other ending in 6305.

Yes. I got phone and plan for my kid to take back to uni and he decided he could get cheaper plan out there after porting in his number

So you cancelled two lines and like Allan stated you were not charged twice you were charged for each line you cancelled, one was just a plan and the other was a plan and cost of the phone that was put on the tab. Not seeing where the issue is.

Only one line cancelled. Christmas gift for my kid, ported his number in, decided plan was too expensive so cancelled. Those 2 numbers are 1 line. The 6305 number was given, the 7425 # was his number that we ported in

Are you sure that the plan was for your "kid," and not for a discounted phone at $504 with Tab Large with an Alberta number for 5% sales tax?

Send a message on Facebook or Twitter and wait. Your bill isn't due for about 2 more weeks anyway.
