Hey all,

I signed up originally to have nationwide coverage with a decent price back in 2014 when I moved to Alberta for work... now almost 2 years later, I have moved back to Ontario, and no longer need koodo's services.  As such I have ported over to wind as most of my travels will be within their GTA coverage area... and saving some money while I search for work...

I have unlocked my htc one m8 and paid the rest of the tab, so I should only owe what I have used for February from the 10th to the 23rd.

up until now I have used ebilling for my statements and am not sure what the finall bill will be or if it will still be an e statement or will be mailed to my new address which was changed after the February bill was posted to my account.

in the event it gets mailed to alberta, can I still check the balance on my account through the website?  the billing period would have normally ended March 10...

I just want to make sure I don't have any outstanding fees with koodo and no way to pay them, or see what they are as the self serve app obviously no longer works since I am on Wind now.

Hello Brandon.

The final bill usually gets sent via mail. Worst case scenario, you can always check balance of the account by calling Koodo. Or even better, call them now so they send the bill at the right address!

Hi,
This is Maria Isa Estrera needs the mailed billing statement for our Alberta Card. How to secure that documents? Please assist me and my daughter Christiane Lyn Estrera because we need it so much.

You usually get your final bill by paper bill.

If you changed your address before you ported out your account, your final bill should be mailed to your new address.

If your billing period was 10th of the month and ported out your number on Feb 23rd, they will generate your final bill on Mar 10th and send it to you.

You can access your self serve for a few month even after you cancel your account, so you can check it if you have any balance left.

I would call Koodo to make sure they will send you a final bill to your new address :)

Hi Maria!
You can find and print your bill online by logging into self serve and clicking "View my Bill" and clicking "Download Bill".

I don't believe Koodo mails billing statements anymore but when they did, the online ebill is basically what they mailed out. The ebill displays your address at the bottom of page 1 if you are just using it as proof of residence.
