Final Bill

I ported out my 2 lines on Oct 31/Nov1
My final billing period was Oct 7th-Nov 6th.
The billing has always been automatically paid through my Visa.
My Koodo account now shows a negative balance (Credit) of $20.53
Will this refund/credit be applied to my Visa, or will I receive a cheque in the mail, and when?

If you have a positive credit you will need to contact Koodo and have them mail you a cheque for the amount.

HOLY @#$%.......How long does it take to get through to somebody at Koodo?
I've been on hold for 62 minutes so far. 

Absolutely Rediculous.

Glad I changed to the current Public Mobile promo. I'm certainly not missing Koodo if this is the service quality that they are offering @ $335 more per year compared to Public Mobile..
