why can't i top up,i put the information in but still can't top up

Are you using a voucher/top-up card or Visa/Visa Debit? If you're using a credit card or visa debit, the billing address on your account needs to match the billing address of the card you're using.

I'm not a robot either...I finally got it topped up..but it would not except my password 3 times..than not the code 2 times..just tried again..this time it worked & yes everything I did was the same..thanks
