i pay my bill every month through direct debit . now all of a sudden 200$ was added onto it and there is no indication to what its from . all it says is that its an invoice ??? i think this is unfair and a mistake on koodos part . i dont travel or use long distance so why ?

Your best option is to call Koodo and get this matter resolved promptly. *611 from your phone and I believe it's option 5 for billing. The call is free.
