Fax or email id to mail proof of cancelled account

i have been charged by Koodo for the account closed by BestBuy with a phone hardware problem. How do i send the proof to Koodo to cancel the charges which i am not supposed to pay?

Could have been residual charges like your outstanding Tab balance... when did you cancel the account?

No there is no residual charges..I have proof of best buy cancelling account as they did mistake in the sale...if koodo doesnt take care now...I have to go to best buy and let them deal with koodo.

Odds are that Best Buy forgot a step. Since it was their mistake, they'll likely need to be the ones to fix it.

Hi there... If you returned your phone within the Money Back guarantee and the account was supposed to be closed as Activation in Error, I would go back to the point of purchase with this proof, then they will be able to get this problem fixed...

If this is the case, charges will be removed from your account...

Retailers cannot cancel accounts for you. You have to speak to the cancellation department in order for the cancellation to even take affect. So you will need to call in and get this resolved. The account is your responsibility, so you need to follow up with it.

Went to best buy to discuss...they spent 2 hours discussing with Koodo...Telling me that its taken care now..They did fax those closed aaccout proof that I had etc...

Now I am waiting for charges to be reverted to see whats the revised bill...I am very skeptical until old account charges are completely reverted.

If the phone doesn't work out of the box...how do a customer know that until he tries all options...so there shouldn't be any charges on old account and returned to best buy within 2 days and they closed the account.

All I am waiting for is to see only the billing for new account but, koodo bill is mixed up with old and new and hard to see whats what...so annoying that I went with this bestbuy and koodo combo and wasted so much time and still not resolved completely.:((((

You will need to contact Koodo to discuss this with them. You won't be able to get this resolved on a forum.
