Recently a customer who is on the SLP went to France, once there she tried to add the International Voice Roaming add-on, only to find it not listed.

I went through the traveling and the SLP faq but no where did it state the customers on the SLP weren't eligible to Add it.

After speaking with the MM liaison , and a rep from the call center, we found out about the limitations.

Please add some wording about it to the FAQ for both Traveling & Spending Limit Program.

Also just viewed the Video about Spending Limit Program and under UNBILLED charges it mentions international Roaming. So that would need to be edited as well.

I agree with Chad's post. If Koodo is supposed to be about transparency, then the information should be readily available to customers who decide to research before calling in.

Why have the limitation anyways? People on the spending limit program are already limited to a $200 cap I believe, what's the point of also limiting their ability to roam internationally? They'll just reach that cap faster, which they should be allowed to do if they want to.

According to our liason and the system "Nitty Gritty" (which actually doesn't show up until you choose a roaming region). there can be a delay of up to 90 days for international charges to post so theoretically It's possible for the user to exceed the spending cap without the system knowing about it.
