false billing!

my son's phone had been broken for a month, his bill is only supposed to.be $54 a months, last month it was $120 so I paid it because it said he went over data, but his phone has not been used since it's been broken and it's saying the same thing for this month's bill!! $99!! why??

Can you check self service Tracy, and see what extra charges there are? Then if you see something that is not right, you should definitely contact Koodo and ask them to rectify your bill!
