Hello Lisa!

If you're still unable to download mms, here are some suggestions:

1) Do you have the most recent software update (5.0.1)?

2) Try making sure that Wi-fi is disabled before downloading the mms.

3) Try a power cycle (on/off).

4) Clearing the "cache partition" can help with many glitches. Here's how to do that:

- Turn device off
- Remove battery and reinsert battery
- Hold down the "Home" and "Volume Up" keys
- Press and hold the "Power button" while still holding the other keys.
- When you see the Samsung logo, release all buttons.
- Then press the "Volume Down" to scroll to "Wipe Cache Partition"
- Press the "Power" button to select it
- Press the "Volume down" button to highlight "Yes" and press the "Power Button" to select it.
- The device will clear the cache.
- Then press the "Power button" to select "Reboot system now".
- Your device will reboot.

Hope that helps!
