Extremely Poor Customer Service @ Koodo's Kiosk - Halifax Shopping Centre.

Attendants at this had absolutely no idea how to manage flow of customers. There was no sign indicating where to make a queue. I waited over 25 minutes behind a customer who was being served at the counter and then one of the attendants, who was serving a lady who came after me, told me to stand in line!!! I told him that there was no line 10 minutes ago and I did not see any sign for the queue. The attendants who was rude indicated that he ALWAYS serve customers coming from the other end of the kiosk!!!!!! I even told him that the lady you are serving came after me and she was not in the queue he was asking me to stand in.

I am extremely disappointed in the way Koodo's staff interacted today. I have been a Koodo's customer for last 3 years and this was my first encounter with their staff at a Kiosk. Never again!. Cheap phone/plans should not translate into cheap customer service.

Koodo is very interested in how their personnel behaves, Muhammed. Best thing you can do is send them an email with these details. Click http://koodomobile.com/en/bc/contact.... and then choose the tab "Email Us". Make sure you include the date and time, as well as a description of the person who didn't serve you well.
