When the data used exceeds the monthly plan, how is the overage billed? First the rate per Meg. and then is it bundled?Eg: sold in lots or is it billed 1extra Meg at a time. Why is such basic information not easilly!! found on the Koodo page????It should be in simple black and white text so a customer knows the plan!!

It can be easily found.

Kill me. Did I just assume?

Self-serve > Plans and Addons >
From there you will be able to check all of the features included.
Or, you can be more specific. -Whats the name of your plan and we can get you the details right quick.

Koodo has a large plan history :( There are old plans which overusage was charged per MB.

Lise Lynn Young, if you have the CAN Data 200MB 200min $40 you will get an extra 250MB of data for $5 extra on your bill. Yay♥

It doesn't have your data overage rate on that list in self serve Xavier. If you have an old plan you'll have to call customer service and ask them.

Paul remember there are some expired plans such as (CAN Data 400MB 400min $40) that they had listed as a feature what would actually cost you any overusage.

They were supposed to show up that way. Werent they?
If not, we should post it as an idea. I can't think of any transparency if you cant find the features of your current plan either it is expired or not on your self serve

Yup it would be nice if this was spelled out in Self Serve, especially for people who are on the older plans.
