Extra Data Charge????

Why did I get charged $5 for extra data when I didn't go over my data usage. I have 2GB  of data and never even use 1GB a month. I don't understand??????

Have you reviewed your PDF bill downloaded from Self-serve? It will ahem all the details of your billing. If you post it here (minus personal information) we can help you interpret it.

@ Donalda, did you have a chance to take a look pdf version of your invoice? You will see that the charge is not going over your data (we would have paused your data use in that case since you are on a shock-free-data plan), rather it's for data roaming use in the US on June 3rd.

Well that's even more of a mystery. I was not in the US or even close to a border that the roaming could have crossed over.  I was home then at work for 9hrs in Stratford Ontario on June 3.  I have been reading lots of Q & A on the forum and this seems to happen a lot to others. These extra "DATA" charges that people don't understand why they are getting them. Maybe something KOODO can look into.

Thanks for your reply.  The $5 was paid. BUT I will sure be watching my bill very closely from now on.
