Extra charges on bill after changing phone number

I moved provinces, changed my number online. As of the day I changed the number I was charged for calls from my old number even though I had a new number. Because it took Koodo several days to put my new number into the system. I did not change anything on my plan. Please help.

Did you get charged minutes overage, long distance. Did you make the calls that are stated or is the problem that you switched your number and then you got charged for calls you didn't make?
