Extra charge for no reason?

On my bill, under 'Additional usage charges' it says I owe $2.50. When I click on it, there is nothing that shows why it charges me that amount. Why is this?

Did you make a call to 411? That's could be the reason for a 2.50$ charge

As Sophie mentioned, you should take a look at your e-bill available from self serve. You will see an outline of all the costs on page 3 for a detailed breakdown of the charges. If it is still listed as "Other", take a look at your calling summary on pages 4-onwards to see if you made a premium phone call and their charge.
Hi everyone..can someone help me i was over charge and i never consumed our plan or any airtime and data me and my husband in one acct and he also not consume his plan..i got a plan for 25 and for my husband 30..

Where can i download it i cant find it on my self serve..and if ever we consume local airtime we are not supposed to bill like we almost consume different plan for monthly we pay $57 now we need to pay $90..please help us ..

Click "view my bill".
Click "download bill (pdf)".

@ Rachelyn Looking at your account, everything seems in order. No overcharge has occured. You have 2 lines and the one ending in 18 has incurred more talk time than the 200 minutes included in the plan. Most of that occurred on Oct 21st. As the others have suggested pls see your bill for the detailed records for that day.
