Why was I charged $10 for switching my number when I was told I could try a number for 14 days free and switch if the phone worked. I switched after one day and was charged? when I was told it was free?
@Lena, you activated with us at the very end of February. We do have a 15 day return policy for the wireless home phone you purchased. It's not the number you are trialing, but the service. Phone number change is absolutely free as long as you do it online. When you call in and ask our reps to do something that can be done online there is indeed a fee of $10. I hope this helps explain.
