Extended absence greeting is allowing message reception even though I set it not to.

I have my Extended Absence Greeting on and set not to allow incoming message reception.

Twice in the last two weeks my Voicemail not only recorded a message but it reset itself to allow reception.

The only way to fix this seems to be to record a new Extended Absence greeting and set it to again not take messages.

Koodo please fix this or explain why it's happening. I've had extended absence greeting set for the last few years and this is the first time I've had an issue with it.

I know voicemail is a "network feature" but is it possible that somehow your phone is "doing" something that makes this happen. We have a number of lines with them and 2 of them are set to extended greetings. So far we had no issue, although maybe we will see it happen too. I'm gonna test them.
