Extend Self-Serve Features to Kiosk Locations

Allow people to enter preliminary info into a terminal (similar to what agents use at Future Shop) while they are in queue which establishes their queue, allows CSR to get started on each request and eliminate reasons right away that may keep them standing in queue for a long time for nothing.  For example, if they're there to change to a specific phone but the location is all out of that specific phone, they could be standing in line over 30 mins to get their turn just to discover that.
