My plan plan has expired and I want to renew it so I don't loose my phone number. What do I do

Hi Heather,
Please be more specific as to which type of account you are using (Pre-Paid or Post-Paid). I am going to assume that you are using a Pre-Paid account.

I do believe you keep the phone number until a certain time period of inactivity occurs, this would be outlined in the documentation you received when setting up the phone. If you want to keep using the phone, just add a new plan or new funds on the account and use it occasionally.
