I ordered phone on the Webstore through selfserve on August 21,
2017. The only thing I have received so far is a confirmation e-mail from Koodo which states that my order is "being verified". I have not received shipping or tracking info and it has been nearly 5 days since I put my order through. Could I please ask the status of my order and when I can expect it to be delivered?
