Existing customer unable to change to the new great offers advertised online

Plans advertised on the web site are not available on the self serve site for existing customers, whats up with that? i have been trying to change them on the self serve cite since they charge you to change a plan if you call, and the plans are advertised to expire tonight.

They're currently not available through self-serve for customers with pre April 19 plans, but you can call-in to switch to one of these plans @ *611 from your Koodo phone. If Koodo is still open in your time zone, call them before its too late. They won't charge you since you can't do this on self-serve
