Existing Customer - Ordering Online?

Hiya, right now I am currently an existing customer with Koodo, and I was interested in upgrading from my LG G3 to the Moto Z Play. Problem is, nobody carries it in stock where I live, so that leaves ordering it online my only option. I see that it is currently $0 on the Tab Medium. Right now I do owe a balance towards my G3. If I were to order it online and click "Pay Tab Balance", does that go onto my next bill, or will I be expected to pay it right then and there? Also, would I need to provide any additional details like I typically have to in stores such as a driver's license?

Hey there! You wouldn't need to provide any additional ID if you're upgrading online as you already have an account with us.  The remaining Tab Balance amount will go towards your next bill.  Hope this clarifies things :)!

Yes. Recent anti-fraud standards require a credit card as part of the on-line transaction, even though there is no up-front cost to you.
