I recently purchased an iPhone se in gold today and it hasn't been verified yet. I later thought about my purchase and realized I would rather have it in rose gold instead. Is there anyway to exchange the colour before it's shipped out? This is also a new activation. My order number is HFO18651437. Please help!
I heard that the Koodo web store has a phone number and can contact them Tuesday through Friday, 3pm to 9pm est. Do you think they could help me with my order? I really want to contact them as soon as possible before my order is verified. I also don't really want to have to go through the returning process.
