My father passed away last month and I called in today to cancel his account. The agent (Carol) was not only very efficient (my message was returned within 2 hours), but extremely kind and sympathetic. Cancelling my Dad's account was hassle free, which is very much appreciated at a challenging time like this.
As an aside, my own family has an account with Koodo and I'm more pleased than ever that we chose your company as our service provider. We will continue to support your company after this experience.
