I asked for a paper bill when I signed up with Koodo and did not receive one. I was only with Koodo for 6 to 8 weeks and I was disconnected. I paid the bill in full and was asked if I wanted to be reconnected, of course I said absolutely not!!! Now they want several hundred dollars that I don't owe and have sent it to collections. How is this possible?????????
