Every time i try to pay my bill my cc wont go through and it says my cc info doesn't match up to my billing address.

Every time i try to pay my bill my cc wont go through and it says my cc info doesn't match up to my billing address. My bill also says 'Zoe Wallance' my name is Zoe Wallace. Please someone help I need to pay my bill.

Send a message to Koodo through Facebook  or Twitter to avoid waiting on the phone to rectify this. Clearly, from the info you have posted, you credit card and account have different names on them.  Just include the account number in the PM so they can properly match things.

You can also make a payment through #123 on your phone, or by online banking, by choosing Koodo as a payee, if your CC isn't working.

Hey Zoe - shoot us a private message on Facebook or Twitter and we'll work with you to get your account info. updated. Aside from the name, does the address on both your Koodo account and CC match up?

If you need to get a payment made asap, you can try dialing #123 and selecting option 3 - there's a chance that this may work despite the self-serve issue. Otherwise, you can set-up Koodo as a payee and use your account number to make a payment. Keep in mind that it will take longer this way - 3-5 days to process.
