esecurital sucks

Esecurital sucks. Canada post lost a phone I returned. Was told by Canada Post to get Esecuital to file a complaint with Canada Post since it was their mailing labels. Esecuirtal cant even be bothered to get off their butts and file a simple report with Canada Post. So sick of Esecurital and their crap. So mad that Koodo has picked a crappy company to do their warranty services with

Have you tried contacting them again after the first report of it being lost? Maybe you just have to bug them more.

Yes I did. I told them several times. They told me its not their business tocall Canada Post to file a report. Its up to the customer yet Canada Post said its up to them since it was their mailing label

I dont reccommend Esecuritel for warranty. They suck even after Koodo helped try to resolve my case. My case has not been resolved. Case still ongoing since Sept 2

Hi Sarah,

Have you tried escalating it to a supervisor when you call in to eSecuritel? Sometimes they have a little more patience and they can possibly do the claim in Canada Post.

My complaint is on escalating. Have yet to hear from a supervisor. Even though Ive requested several times for a supervisor to contact me
