I tried to pay e-bill but the site was not working at the time (have record of error message, including time and date). Now I have to pay late fees. How can I remedy?

While I understand your concern, the ebill is posted a while before the actual due date. There are also multiple ways to pay the bill. You could give them your credit card over the phone, you could have transferred funds through banking at a teller, ATM, or online, etc.

Now if you still want to have them look at any potential late fees, I suggest calling customer service once your next bill is processed since you won't see the late fees (if any) on this one.

Which would be *611 from your Koodo phone or 18669956636 from any other phone

You could also set up preauthorized payments. They won't charge you for a few weeks after your bill date so you have plenty of time to review the charges before they take payment.

Also to add on: preauthorized payments take effect after one full billing cycle so you'll have to pay once manually before it takes effect.

try using the calender to remind your self. keep posting the reminder so it occurs every 30 days. it is either to be bugged by them that you posted or pay fines. { maybe you will find that you can nag yourself worse than your mother has ever nagged you! lol }
