I believe that it's being worked on. If clearing browser cache using a different browser or using private/incognito tab in a browser doesn't work then send koodo a private message to their Facebook page or call 611( be prepared for potentially long wait times) and mention the issue and you won't get charged.
@ Indeed Tracy we are working on it. It's not a simple fix unfortunately, but as per Goran, Allan suggesting we can help you on Facebook to make the changes. It's the line ending with 67 that you were trying to change the plan for, right?
Totally not related, but I tried buying a couple candles off your site and I get an error message for my Visa. I know it's valid and works fine because minutes ago a I bought some stuff off Amazon. Any insights?
